1 Gig Internet - Never received $200 Home Depot Gift card OR $100 Verizon gift card

I signed up for Verizon 1 Gig internet in July 2023.

My special offers included were:

  • 4 Year Internet Price Guarantee.
  • A $200 Home Depot Gift Card on us.
  • MoCA Ethernet Adapter
  • $50 Xbox eGift Card
  • A $100 Verizon Gift Card

I've signed into my account today to redeem, and of course the $200 Home Depot Gift Card and $100 Verizon Gift Card are not there at all.

I spoke with a customer support and they were useless. 

What can I do to get my offers?
