When I signed up for Verizon Fios internet I was offered a $100 Verizon Gift Card that was redeemable 2/21/2023. I never got the email. I've tried chatting with a half dozen reps who just give me the run around and try to fix other issues such as my account pin. I was on the redemption website and reissued the card and it states to wait 24 hours. It's been 2 days and nothing. I've searched spam, looked everywhere. No email. I've gotten a card before so I know what the email looks like. Can someone PLEASE help me?
