$200.00 Target gift card promotion

I have the same issue; I never received my $200.00 Target gift card which is part of my Fios promotion for signing up in March of 2024. I have made 5 phone calls, have been put on hold for a total of over 2 hours, been transferred several times and my calls have been dropped twice! Plus, I have been transferred to Fios vendor, Hawk Market Place, and was informed it was my email's fault for not receiving my gift card. Outlook bounced their email. That is very suspicious in a couple of ways, first I never received any notification in my spam folder and second, is this vendor that suspicious to my email protection? Doesn't matter, I am sure that Fios can handle this in a different way such as mailing me an old fashion plastic gift card or crediting my account $200.00. This is very disappointing, Fios could do better. #fios #giftcards #unhappynewcustomer #fioscustomerservice
