200 Dollar door dash gift card never received

I have been in contact with Verizon Support now over the course of 2 weeks with around 7 or 8 agents that have failed to give me any kind of information on the gift card that was allowed to be redeemed. Then on the 9th agent that I contact I am told that this was never supposed to be able to be redeemed and that Verizon had failed to update their web page thus giving me misleading information and wasting my time with false advertisement on their end. On top of that not a single agent before the 9th one told me anything of the nature that it may not be redeemed and I was instead told to wait or I was told they were escalating this issue. Their customer service overall has just seemed lost whenever I am talking to them going back and forth saying "the card has shipped" "just wait 4-10 business days" or "it was replaced with another offer" "its not redeemable" all in the same chat and that includes when I ask to speak to their supervisors who then give me the same roundabout of either waiting, contact the blackhawk team, or that it was not redeemed successfully.
