Spent quite a while yesterday and today trying to gain access to my $200 Fios gift card. Yesterday was the first day I could order it but the system would not allow it. I was supposed to get a call back from yesterday’s call but it didn’t happen. Today, the offer was gone completely. Went through two operators, the last one from the gift card service, who told me I could wait for it to show up again or accept an offer to have it emailed to me in 60-90 days, which is bonkers because they know I’m eligible for it. It would also put me beyond the redemption date, but I’m supposed to trust them that it would be ok. I know they could do it sooner because the Grub Hub, etc. offers were messed up and I got compensating emails within a few weeks. I’m going to see if it magically shows up again next week. If it doesn’t I’ll just keep calling. Ridiculous.
