$200 Gift Card/XBOX

I have tried probably 6 times to speak/chat with someone and last week I was told I’d be getting a call back on Friday. I got a call back Saturday morning at 6 am. Needless to say, I did not answer. July 11th I received the email saying it’s time to redeem my offer for signing up for home internet. I’ve tried probably 25 times now and of course the link to the redemption site does not work. In addition, the offer for the Home Depot gift card is now greyed out, leaving only the Xbox offer as a selection. That doesn’t even work! I swear this is just a ploy to get people to give up. It is ridiculous that this simple website link doesn’t work and I am so upset that no one can help me. I want what I was promised and I don’t want to keep getting the same “well you have to check the box and agree to the terms.” WHY is this an issue for so many people? Is this a joke? REALLY unhappy with the lack of qualified people that are able to fix this issue.
