It's been over 60 days since moving to Verizon home internet service, but I've yet to receive an email for redeeming the original offer (xbox)?  I've searched all over the VZW and home internet site and it's almost impossible to figure out how I can redeem this offer?  What am I doing wrong and why haven't I received an email like it was original described?
