Having the same issues as everyone else!  I can't redeem my offer.   The error message keeps aying account not found.  No one seems to be able to fix this issue and chat takes 20 min with no solution.   After speaking with someone last week, I received the same answer about manually entering it and it taki g 60 to 90 days. Why???  I just waited 2 months to redeem and now I should wait several more months?  What's the deal?  If you cannot give a physical card or e-card then credit my acct $200 and call it a day.  That would be a lit easierand less headache for everyone!
