$200 Verizon Gift card issue

I have completed what I needed to do in the email, waited the correct amount of time and now I have contacted chat twice, and support via the phone twice and just keep getting pushed around saying they had the wrong email. Well how did I get the original gift card email if they had the wrong email. I need help because this is ridiculous. It's been well over the time windows twice after they told me ill get it in 72 hours.
