$200 gift card issue

We have been fighting with Verizon for 2 months now about our $200 “Gift Card”. Looks more like a miss card. You will never actually see the card. First it was you have to redeem it by a certain day. We did, never showed. . Then it was you have to do it on the 61st day of service. We did,never showed. . Then it was a manual with a rep. We did,never showed. . Then it was showing never redeemed. It was with the rep. Then it was you’ll get it in 48hours from @Hawkmarketing. Nothing,never showed.  Then it was 2 weeks. Nothing.,never showed.  Now it’s “you might see it in 3-6months”. wwwooooowwww!! The reps are no help. They rush you off the phone because they know the system is trash. Just put the credit on my account if it’s that much of a pain. They will “escalate” it and it never happens. Don’t expect any outcome or follow through with this company for any promos. I’ve had the wireless service for 20 years and just got Fios due to friends reviews and that part is NOT living up to it. Worst waste of time to get this taken care of. Hours and hours on the phone with no real resolve. It’s a literal issue by Verizon to get your money. Shame.
