$200 gift card issues

I've been dealing with this promised $200 gift card issue for months now.  I was told I would receive a $200 promo gift card a month after starting a cloud storage trial. Never received any message, notification or any indication I had a gift card to redeem. Contacted customer support and they told me my redemption period was past but they will send me a new gift card in 7 days. 7 days pass, contact them again they tall me the same thing, escalated to gift card services and wait 7 days. 7 days pass again, I call gift card services this time and they tell me this is the first time I have contacted them and the time it takes to send me the card is 15-30 days! I told them I was told 7 days and they said that was incorrect. I'm done waiting for this gift card, is they're any advice from someone who went through a similar issue? Its obvious they want me to forget about it and give up, but I am determined at this point to receive what I was promised!
