$200Verizon gift card tile not there to redeem

In February, I upgraded my Verizon Fios and was supposed to be able to redeem a $200 Verizon Gift Card Starting on 4/13/2023.  On 4/14/2023, I got an email that it was ready to redeem.  When I went to redeem through both email and home offers page,  there was no gift card tile there to click on to redeem.  I refreshed browser, deleted cache/cookies, etc.  Reportedly customer service sees it on my account, but could not explain why I can't see it to claim or where to go from here.  I otherwise like my verizon internet/wireless.  I'm looking for someone who can help me address this issue. I called the general Customer service number, but didn't really have luck.  I don't want a situation where it stretches  60 days and then the ability to claim it expires.
