I am trying to redeem the complimentary $50 Amazon gift card that was offered as a promotion when I signed up for Fios . The gift card shows up on the "Home Offers" section of my account under the "Ready to Redeem" heading, instructing me to redeem it by March 18. When I attempt to redeem it, I get the error message โThe requested URL was not found in this server. Go to My Verizon Home.โ Going to My Version Home does nothing to remedy this issue. This happens on multiple browsers and devices. Please help!
