$50 Target Giftcard Not Received

  • I'm a bit confused about the target gift card promotion for new customers. It seems like there's a lack of transparency on how we're meant to redeem these offers. I was offered a $50 target gift card for setting up new service, but have not received any information apart from being told I would receive an email. I haven't gotten any kind of email since my service appointment last weekend, and there's little information online about the promotion apart from people having the same issue.

I did receive a message, however, I was told to reach out with my concerns on Facebook or Twitter. I don't use either of those platforms. It's honestly concerning that there's no instructions on how to redeem the promised incentives, and people with issues are directed to third-party social media sites instead of being given straight answers.
