ASK-NCQ1338 Bridge to Netgear MR60 - Constant Problems

So a few issues going on. I have Verizon 5g home internet and the ASK-NCQ1338 is very particular about positioning to get a good signal. It's currently in one corner of the house and the Verizon app states that it's in a good spot. My kids' rooms upstairs and on the other side of the house and have always gotten very weak wifi signals.

Enter the Netgear MR60. I ran some ethernet from the ASK-NCQ1338 to the MR60 hub which was placed in a more central location of the house, and set up two satellites:  One upstairs and one in the basement. The straight line distance between them isn't very far even though they are on different floors.

The ASK-NCQ1338 is in pass though mode, and the app shows the netgear putting out speeds of about 225 down, 13.5 up, and a ping of 29 ms.  It's fine for a while, but our actual connection gets extremely slow.

Ps4 gaming freezes and glitches. Phones load web pages very slowly and frequently time out. Every morning, wifi is gone and the ASK-NCQ1338 shows a red light and has to be rebooted.

And the weirdest thing is that my 4k YouTubetoMP3 program no longer rips from YouTube. It just says "Retrieving information..." until it times out.

All of these problems disappear if I disconnect the MR60 system and let the ASK-NCQ1338 do the broadcasting, but then we're back to having little to no wifi upstairs.

What am I missing? Any ideas?
