I got a FIOS offer on Black Friday 2023 . This offer included a $250 Amazon card and and a Xbox S . I went to the store , wrote messages , calls more than 30 minutes including “ trouble shooting “‘to get the x box and I never got the Xbox . Not sure to who or where I can report because no one answer : I have all the copies and the announcements . Is there an agency that we can report this kind of fraudulent practice for companies as FIOS ?
