Few months ago , i got approached by verizon reps , at my home pitching the Fios service, prior to this i was still being serviced by xfinity . little did i know that the service i was on was far better than the Fios being pitched to me. But the only thing that really attracted me was the offer that was stipulated in the package , (Jbl party box , verizon gift card and amazon gift card . this was since june , they said i was eligible after two cycles of my bill .this is 4months after my cycles of payment never missed any. Being on the phone back and forth with customer service ,they keep telling me it will come today is 19th of oct ,offer expires 26th of oct. The service keeps buffering and freezing and i have promised myself that if verizon does not honor thier agreement to supply the offers , i would not only leave verizon i would also tell my family and friends that i referred how i have being treated
