Hello,
I made changes to my Verizon home account last week. This involved upgrading to 1G Streaming and a move to the More FIOS TV package. The representative I spoke with said I'd receive a $200 Amazon gift card for the 1G service and a $50 Amazon gift card for the TV package.
This conversation took place over a week ago and I have yet to receive any notification regarding these gift cards.
Please advise what is happening here. Thanks.
