I redeemed my Verizon gift card on 10/13/2025. Verizon said I would get an email with the rewards card in 7-10 business days. Still NO email with the card.
I am supposed to get a $100 Amazon gift card - I have tried in the app, on my Mac and on a Chromebook and when I click the Amazon Gift Card link I get. 400 Bad Error.
VERY FRUSTRATED WITH VERIZON. I had COX for years and was so much easier to deal with.
