Amazon gift card promotion

I have seen MANY MANY others having a problem with redeeming the promised Amazon gift cards.  I have followed ALL the suggestions made on these message boards.   I contacted the representative (Jacob) to ask him to check on them.  I have not heard back from him.   I have been on the "on line chat" with an agent for over an hour.  I was told to call Blackhawk regarding the time frame for receiving them.   I called.  They only had a voice menu to ask questions on checking the balance on a Verizon gift cards on the phone with someone as well.   I followed the on-line prompts to check on the status.  I could not check via Tracking number, since I WAS NEVER GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER.  They provided another number to call.  I called that number - waited on hold for 23 minutes to be connected with someone who only deals with Verizon Wireless issues.  She transferred me to a Fios rep - and I'm currently on hold again - 6 minutes and counting,  

NOBODY can tell me when I will get my promised gift cards.  

Has anyone actually received them?

 I am filing a complaint and by the way - you will not have me for a customer once I get an alternative set up.
