I, like numerous others, have hit a wall when it comes to redeeming the $200 Amazon gift card. I was able to “redeem” the offer through the home offer portal, but never received the actual promo though I was told it would be delivered 24-48h later on three different occasions now. I suggest anyone having this issue to file a complaint with the BBB and not give up. Hopefully Verizon will attend to this poor customer service flow soon.
