I switched over from Xfinity to Verizon in hopes to get the deal for the $200 Amazon gift card. During the redemption process, I mistakenly spelt my email wrong and called Verizon immediately to get this taken care of. They promised to send me an email within 7 to 10 business days With a new gift card access code. It has been over a month and a half and I have called four separate times and talked to Blackhawk promotions with no resolution. I feel as though I need to cancel my service and switch to another promising provider that holds up their end of the bargain,
