Verizon owes me a $200 Target card and a $200 Verizon card. It was part of a promotion when I switched to Fios back in March 2024. Many people have had this issue as well. I’ve waited several months for Verizon to make good on their offer. They just kick-it over to Black Hawk Marketing, who if you talk to directly, gives you a case number and never deliver the cards electronically. I’m still waiting. This is false advertising and Verizon should cover this either way. I will be filing a report with the BBB.
