Hi - Similar problem to others.  First time trying to subscribe to something on +Play and "I've have read and agreed to the following:" is greyed out no matter what I try to do.  Can you please help?

I'm a FIOS internet customer.

I have this same problem. After holding an hour and some minutes for verizon fios customerservice, I hung up and called back. The agent shunted me over to wireless because he had no mention of it in his system.  The wireless agent did try with me for about an hour to get it working but he has no access to that promotion other than to see it. And suggested I contact help on the verizon website.
