I'm having the same issue as others, when trying to check out and purchase the +PLAY NFL/Netflix promo I can never complete the purchase as the box to accept the terms is grayed out. As a test I tried to purchase other subscriptions available under +Play and the same thing happens. I have tried chatting with customer service and called up support as well to no avail. I even asked support to remove the free cloud storage plan i had linked to my account as i read in an old thread that caused issues for some people and it still doesn't work. I came here and have seen others having similar issues to me. Has anyone been able to have their issue resolved?
