I have been trying to get the promotion gift card and am having a lot of the same problems everyone else has been having. The really strange thing is that the system keeps saying that my card was sent on October 24. Since I signed up a few months ago it is not possible that is the right date since it is either in the future or before I was a customer. I kep getting transferred around with no real support. About to drop Verizon after only 2 months if thye can't figure this out....
