Can't redeem xbox gift card

I have not been able to redeem my Xbox gift card through Fios home offers. Seems like a common problem as many people on multiple threads have brought it up. Chat support has not been very helpful and created an escalation ticket over 2 weeks ago. However, I have not heard back since and the issue has not been resolved. Trying to redeem the gift card still generates the following message "The requested URL was not found in this server".
