I got a Chromebook promo for signing up for Gig Fios. I was supposed to get the Verizon giftcard, but that's another issue. So moving forward... I see the option to redeem my Chromebook in my Verizon > Home Offers.

- I click on the link to redeem my promo and am taken to the Samsung website where I see this message:
- "Due to popular demand we are no longer able to offer this product. We have issued you a $350 E-Certificate redeemable for any product(s) on samsung.com. The codes are one time use, if full value is not utilized any remaining value would be forfeited."
- However there are no instructions on WHERE to find the e-certificate and I've tried putting items in my cart and the certificate does not apply. I've logged in, searched and cannot find anything.
* Customer service has "escalated" a couple of times but I never hear back anything. At this point, this seems like a bait-switch offer.
My promo expires tomorrow. Please help!
