I bought 1 gig internet for my new place and selected the NFL Sunday Ticket offer. I first tried to activate the sunday ticket immediatley and got an error. Support told me to wait until I receive an email about it. We are now 3 weeks later never received and email and am still getting the same "something went wrong" error when trying to activate sunday ticket. Any one have any ideas. I have tried different broswers and clearing my cache still get the same error. It is almost week 5 of the NFL and I still have not been able to redeem my offer.
