• I can't claim the offer for my $100 Verizon gift card that I got for signing up  and wanted to use it for my bill tomorrow and  Also, they were giving away a Nintendo Switch to customers, but was never offered to me

So am I.  I recently signed up for a new 5G home internet plan and was informed that my $200 Verizon gift card offer is ready for redemption. However, I can't find it in my home offers section . We would appreciate some assistance with redeeming these offers.
