Same issue for me. The promotion promised a Chromebook but I have not received it. Spoke to like 15 people one day including supervisors. Keep getting the runaround on the issue. They eventually try to send a Verizon gift card that you can only use with Verizon. That's ridiculous. They send you a card that you can buy other items through them that cost more money than the card is worth so you still owe them more money or they hope you do not use the card and they get over that way too. By the way... if you take the gift card it takes another 90 or more days to get it (if you ever do).
