Disney Plus Offer, still not working after three months

Hi I activated my account last March of 2023, I have called Verizon "Support" each month in order to activate the Disney+ offer. It dose not show up in my account, they tell me they are working on it. Three months to fix a activation problem, really! Still not fixed as of today. If they are not going to honor there offer just say so. And I though Comcast was bad.

Any actual "support" people out there that may know how to actually fix a "bit" problem.
