I had the echo dot offer under my offers after first signing up for our home internet plan but when I tried to redeem it said I had to wait a specified period of time (I believe it was 90 days) and now that the required time has passed the option is no longer showing up and I have no option to redeem the offer. Why would it show me an offer I had to wait for and then remove it when I could actually redeem it? As a first time customer to Verizon the website and app can be a maze when needing to find specific info but, I know this is completely missing because I went to the same place it was before.
