Error Redeeming Samsung Chromebook Go Offer

I am trying to redeem my reward for the Samsung Chromebook Go which was offered when signing up for my Fios home internet offer. This offer is ready for redemption  but getting below error when I try to redeem it (multiple times): 

"There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later."
