I recently signed up for the FIOS deal that included 1 gig internet, an X-box and $200 amazon gift card and a 5 year price lock. I signed up for this on cyber Monday and just had it installed on December 18th. I already went online and "redeemed" these offers.
I wanted to apply the military discount to the service so I went through the ID.me verification and everything looked good , but on the last step it essential has you submit a new order with the discount applied. My question is, if I apply the military discount, since it is essentially submitting a new order, will I not get the perks I was offered (X-box and a $200 amazon gift card), or will I have to pay them back? The fine print says "Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the promotional offer if eligible service is canceled with in 180 days".
