So I signed up for Fios at the end of December and had it installed. It works fine, and I was able to redeem my amazon gift card, but the Xbox and my account have had endless issues.
I tried to redeem it in December and after many crashes, it went through and I got an order number but it has said processing and nothing else and no updates. The offer never disappeared in my account again so I tried to redeem it today to see if it would work and another order shows up in my account as processing but no information, and finally the offer disappears.
My account also shows my service city as BAY, while my billing address is correct at Bayonne. So my shipping address shows BAY, which I'm not sure if that is what is causing the error.
I was also able to create a verizon one ID, but because I have cell service with verizon, but now it says disabled and when I try to enable it, it tells me "Sorry, there was an error while processing your request. Please try setting up One Verizon ID again later from your account security settings. " And any other attempts give the same answer. And when I try to verify my phone number I get the text and answer Y, but it never acknowledges I have done so on the fios website.
I have tried calling in about this but the customer service agents do not seem to know what to do or what information to give. I'm a bit at my wits end with the account issues and trying to redeem or get information on the Xbox X promotion. Is there anyone I can contact that would actually have knowledge of what is going on and how I can fix it?
