Fios home offer - Xbox gift card ERROR

I’ve chatted with 3 separate customer service representatives about this issue. Anytime I go to redeem the Xbox gift card I got as part of an intro offer it says “the requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon Home”

Everytime I talk to someone they ensure me the issue has been escalated to the proper team and that I’d hear from someone within 72 hours. Over a week has passed each time and honestly I’m tired of having to deal with this. It feels like I’m being lied to
