I ordered my Fios home plan with a offer called 'free samsung chromebook +100 gift card'. I'm able to find this offer on fios account. While it direct me to samsung web, it doesn't work. I called samsung customer service(both promotion team and ecommerce team) and they said there is no such promotion with Verizon fios. Im in a dead loop now since Verizon representative ask me to contact samsung and samsung want to me ask Verizon. Is there anybody can help with this?
