Getting this error with header "400 Bad Request" when trying to redeem my $200 gift card offer after logging in to Home Offers:

When I click to redeem my $50 gift card for being with Fios, I am met with a 400 Bad Request (see below). Anyone else having this issue and is there any solutions?

So I tried to redeem my gift card, but as soon as I click on the claim offer, it says 500 bad request. Tried multiple times and with different browser but this issue still there.

Like many others I've tried to redeem the $200 Verizon #giftcard for opening a new FIOS home internet account and keeping it in standing for the 60 days. While it appears in my Home Offers, attempting to click through either results in a "400 Bad Request" or a notification that "Due to a system issue, the reward website is currently unavailable." In that past I'd get a phone number to call, that doesn't even come up anymore.

I have been trying to redeem the perk of $200 Verizon gift card for being  Fios customer for 65 days. I keep getting the notifications to redeem by email, however when trying to redeem I get Bad Request message. This seems to be common problem as the others keep posting here about the same issue.

Received email on 10/4 telling me it was time to redeem my $150 gift card for starting new service.  I have logged in each day since then and click on the offer which opens a new screen but I keep getting the same message.

A $100 Verizon Gift Card is included as part of my perk plans. It's been over 60 days since the account was created so I tried to redeem these perks. When I attempt to redeem any of the gift cards I get a "400 Bad Request" error that says the following:

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit

I managed to redeem my Samsung TV with no issues so I'm not sure if the gift card site is down or something?

I have the same issue. Chat agent isn't helping, gave me number to call, which nobody answers. I changed browsers, use incognito mode etc. still can't get it. Terrible
