Haven't received my Nintendo Switch Promo email

Hello,

I placed an order for Verizon Fios home internet using a Nintendo Switch promotion link on May 28th and activated my service on June 4th. After speaking to customer service, I was told that I was confirmed for the promotion and would receive an email on or about 30 days after my service had been activated. 

After some back and forth with customer service agents when I received my Fios bill, they told me I would definitely receive an email within a few days and to check my spam folder on email account. It's July 10th and I've still yet to receive such email or redemption link on my MyVerizon app or on the web portal. 

What exactly are my steps I should be doing for this since I have not received a concrete answer concerning this? How long is the wait usually for this promotion.
