I recently signed up for Verizon home internet, and when I did, I was told I'd be able to claim a $200 Home Depot gift card after two months. Well, two months have passed, and nothing has appeared in my account. I contacted customer service, but they informed me that no such offer is showing up for my account.
Is this gift card promotion a legitimate reward, or just a tactic to get people to sign up for the service? If it's real, can someone please explain how to claim it?
