On the Verizon app it said I can redeem my offer on July 7 and it wouldn’t let me redeem the offer, then later in the day the tile went missing. I talked to customer service and they told me it will be available in the next 24hr but I still haven’t see tile back on the home offer page.
same thing happend to my $200 target giftcard on july 7th wouldnt let me. then disappeared!!!
I also was supposed to redeem the Xbox $50 e-gift card and internet MoCa adapter box today but I could not click on them. Then I go to the Verizon fios store and the MoCa box randomly showed up to redeem but even then all it does is take me to the store to buy it for $100!!!. And as for the $50 Xbox gift card that option just vanished from my screen completely. So I now wonder if I will even get the Nintendo switch that was promised next month. Might as well switch to T-Mobile and tell Verizon they voided the promotion deal so there’s no required penalty payment
I’m also supposed to get a mobile and home bundle discount but no matter what store I go to or who I talk to on the phone they can’t ever add the promotion. So far Verizon is a big S ! C ! A ! M! They promise you all these deals and discounts and free stuff but then never deliver to you
