I have on various occasions tried to get my home offer gift cards redeemed. I am being told the gift cards were redeemed when they in fact were not. I cannot get any access through the app and when I go into the stores I am told to call customer service. While on the phone, I was then transferred to a “Black Hawk” team member who disconnected the call prior to me getting to explain the scenario. I have been trying to get this rectified since April, & I am sure that once the expiration of the gift card approaches that this option will become even more difficult. This is really an inconvenience for customers, if you promised customers a reward it should not be this difficult to chase. Either keep things in email/mail format or connect customers to actual team members that know how to handle said situations. Please assist in any way you can.
