I was supposed to receive a $200 home depot gift card months ago for joining Fios. I still have not received it. On 9/6, I received an email with the subject, "Congratulations. Your reward is on its way". However, I never received the offer. I spent 1.5 hrs today with Verizon customer service. They thought they resolved the issue and said I'd recieve a new email with the offer within 2 hours. It's been several hours and i still have not received it. I can't believe this hassle for switching to Verizon Fios. Please advise.
