JBL Offer Redemption

I signed up for Verizon Home Internet back in July from Spectrum in part because of the offers, and I have only successfully redeemed one of the offers. I successfully redeemed the Amazon gift card offer, but I am still having issues with redeeming the JBL PartyBox.

I have waited the 65 days I saw online and tried other solutions, like clearing the cache and cookies, as well as talking to my Verizon rep and his supervisor, but they all directed me to call support, which was also unable to help me. I did attempt to redeem the offer one other time, and the price at checkout showed $0, but I have been unable to replicate that, and I never received a confirmation email to my inbox after I did, so I have no order number. So, the order might have gone through, but I have no idea if that is the case or not, as I have no way to check the status.

I am wondering if anyone has any solutions, as my offer expires on November 3.
