JBL speaker redemption

I redeemed my JBL Clip 5 speaker reward on 09/24/ 2025. I received an email confirming my order was shipped on 09/25/2025 with tracking number. It's been one month but I have not received it. Fedex tracking shows shipping information was sent on 09/25/2025 but it has not got the package. Trying to reach Verizon Redemption Department to make the inquiry but was put on hold for so long that I had to hang up.
