Loyal customer discount issue

I received an email from verizon for 10 dollars off bill for being loyal customer. I tried calling and online chat multiple times to talk to different people. Not a single representative could grand me the “loyal customer discount”. Every representative literally tried to sell me something different. Will the 10 dollar off show up on my bill? Or this discount is nonexistent ?
