Military discount does not work

I have been trying for over a week to get the military discount for my Fios internet.  I am eligible, I do everything I've been told by the agents on chat and on phone and absolutely nothing works.  It continues to try and sell me a new plan and will not recognize that I am an existing customer.  This is awful.  Been paying for this service for 2+ years and can't get this discount going.
