I activated my Fios service with the intent to apply the veteran's discount to my billing. I verified my identity with ID.me, but the discount has not applied to my bill. Additionally, when I try to re-verify, it says thanks for your service and says that the discount is waiting in my cart to checkout, but the checkout option is greyed out and I cannot continue to complete the discount it tells me to make selections before checking out I select my current plan but nothing happens. Still greyed out, still cannot apply discount. I am a verified ID.me user, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Is there another way I can verify my veteran status?
