Missing $200 Gift card

Signed up in Oct 2022 and applied for the gift card when the account was eligible. Checked on the Verizon website (and took a video and screen shot because this is not my first rodeo) on 1/31/23 - Verizon website showed it was "Processing" and that that the "reward should be received in 2 weeks."  So waited, and waited and waited some more because I am not an unreasonable person and understand the mail and processing times ect ect. Well, here I am on 4/21/2023 and on the phone for more than 40 mins and have been blind transferred 5 times and all reps point to a different dept but never a hand off, just get to tell the whole story over again and again.  And as i write this the last rep disconcerted my call when "looking at the account".. no call back after confirming my phone number in the beginning.  After looking over the boards and postings, seem this is stander practice. I hope this is seen and someone can help resolve.
